The processing of Users' personal data takes place in accordance with the applicable legislation, with particular reference to Legislative Decree June 30, 2003, n. 196, containing the Personal Data Protection Code, as amended by Regulation (EU) no. 679 of April 27, 2016 - applicable from May 25, 2018 (hereinafter, jointly, the "Applicable Privacy Law").
 
Art. 13 of the Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 containing provisions on "Protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data", informs you:
 
  • Article 1: the data you provide (hereinafter the "Data") in the appropriate sections of the Site, using the object to be collected, registered, organized, stored, processed, modified, selected, extracted, compared, used, interconnected, blocked, communicated , dissemination, elimination and destruction ("processing"), in compliance with the law and confidentiality obligations.
  • Article 2: the Data will be processed for the purposes indicated below, also connected and instrumental to CosmoTre S.r.l.'s activity, in particular: accounting, tax, commercial, marketing, promotional, statistics, sending of advertising and informative material, direct sales or placement of products or services.
  • Article 3: in relation to the relative indications, the Data Processing will take place through IT and / or telematic tools, or on paper, and in any case through suitable tools to guarantee security and confidentiality.
  • Article 4: the company responsible for data processing is CosmoTre S.r.l., with registered office in Via Selvaggia Vergiolesi - 51031 Agliana (Pistoia).
  • Article 5: the Data may be communicated, for the purposes of processing listed above, to natural or legal persons, entities or consortia, appointed by CosmoTre S.r.l. to provide processing, instrumental or support services to those of CosmoTre S.r.l., in particular: companies that perform IT services, accounting, commercial, management, insurance, banking and financial, experts, consultants, lawyers, association bodies, public administrations, universities and research centers. They may also be communicated to subsidiaries and / or associated companies, even indirectly to CosmoTre S.r.l..
  • Article 6: a detailed list of the subjects to whom the data may be communicated is available at the CosmoTre S.r.l. offices at the addresses indicated above.
  • Article 7: users' personal data will not be transferred to countries not belonging to the European Union and which do not ensure data protection levels in line with the Applicable Privacy Law. CosmoTre S.r.l. also informs you that, in relation to the aforementioned Treatment, you can exercise the rights under art. 13 of the Law, including, in particular, the right to know your registered personal data, obtain its updating, correction or integration, oppose the processing of illegitimate data or carried out for commercial information purposes, sending advertising material , direct sales, interactive commercial communication. CosmoTre S.r.l. finally informs you that the provision of your data is optional.
  • Article 8: it should also be noted that CosmoTre S.r.l. does not hold the authorization to process sensitive data (pursuant to art.22 of the Law) and therefore please do not enter in the appropriate boxes all those personal data suitable for revealing ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other convictions, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as suitable for revealing the state of health and sexual life.
Pursuant to the Applicable Privacy Law, starting from May 2018, Users will also have the right to exercise the following rights:
 
the right to data portability or the right to receive your personal data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and the possibility of being able to transmit them to another data controller freely and without impediments;
the right to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data.
Requests for updating, rectification, cancellation or in any case relating to the processing and storage of data must be sent to the Data Controller at our registered office (CosmoTre S.r.l., Via Selvaggia Vergiolesi - 51031 Agliana (Pistoia), +39.0574.675533 | +39.0574.676493) , or via email at info@cosmotre.it indicating as object: "Cancellation of personal data". The letter must contain:
  • Name and surname of the applicant;
  • Written request for cancellation / updating / rectification;
  • E-mail address used for registration (e-mail);
  • Password to access your personal area (if available);
  • Photocopy of the identity card or passport;
  • Address and contact telephone.
